2025 NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER:
The National Day of Prayer is an annual observance held on the first Thursday of May, encouraging those of all faiths to pray for the nation. The 74th National Day of Prayer will be commemorated Thursday, May 1, 2025. The theme is “Pour Out to the God of HOPE and be Filled.” The accompanying scripture is Romans 15:13. Multitudes will participate in this special occasion. Everyone is encouraged to join in corporate prayer, as we pray for America and other nations. POA & WNOP ALL-NIGHT PRAYER MEETING: Saturday, January 18, 2025
The Pentecostals of Alexandria (POA) and the World Network of Prayer (WNOP) are partnering together to host an International All-Night Praying Meeting in association with the annual “30 DAYS OF PRAYER.” The 2025 theme is CADENCE, with the sub-theme “Marching Orders.” We invite you to join in prayer with us onsite or via Facebook Live at POA or WNOP. Let’s unite in spiritual cadence as the Lord of Host, Mighty in Battle, leads us to victory!
World Network of Prayer has chosen the theme CADENCE, with the sub-theme, “Marching Orders.” A military cadence is a call-and-response vocal that keeps soldiers in unison during running or marching workouts. These rhythmic words, often led by a military leader, help maintain the troops' pace and morale while fostering camaraderie and teamwork. The cadence usually consists of simple, repetitive memorable, and synchronized phrases with physical movements. It is time to move and go forward! God has given us our “marching orders.” Our purpose on Earth is to carry these marching orders out! Everyone is invited to participate in the annual "30 Days of Prayer" January 2-31, 2025.

Urgent Prayer Needs
July 1 - 7, 2025
Lee critically needs miraculous healing in his entire body, strength, energy, and overall divine health.
Asher is a five week old baby, who is only 2 lb 8 oz. He needs prayer to thrive, and his parents also need peace.
Erin needs a miracle. She is on ventilator and needs a kidney transplant. She needs deliverance from alcoholism and salvation.
Sister Jenny and her husband are pastoring in Orlando. She needs healing for her intestine. It is a terminal condition. Doctors don't have anymore answers, or hope for her.
Bryson, a newborn, is failing to thrive. Please pray for him to stay away and eat, so a feeding tube won’t be necessary.
Please pray for an urgent unspoken prayer request for Jeremy.
On June 17th, Sergeant Caleb was intentionally targeted, hit, and dragged over 500 feet while riding his motorcycle en route to a patrol job. He is in critical condition. Caleb is 36 years old, with a wife and children.
Judah, a 4 year old, has been diagnosed with a rare tumor on his brain stem. The surgeons said that they cannot remove it because of its location, and because it has infiltrated the pons. The only suggestion is a clinical trial of radiation everyday for six weeks, but they claim that six to nine months later the tumor can grow again.
April is away from home getting treatment for cancer, and received a text from her 10 year old daughter Ayrdrie last night stating she is unhappy, never liked herself, and wants to die. April is beside herself with worry.
Please pray for healing for Ayrdrie's mind, and for healing and guidance for April.
Kevin, is in the hospital battling Hepatitis, if meds don’t start regeneration, he will need a transplant.
